Do you have mug inspiration?

What size custom mugs do you make?

Our coffee mugs range from 11 ounces to 15 ounces

What are your custom coffee mugs made out of?

Our photo mugs are made of ceramic while our insulated tumbler, travel tumbler, and insulated coffee mug are made of stainless steel. The campfire mug is stainless steel with an enamel finish.

Can I change my shipping address or design after placing an order?

Within the first 24 hours since the order was placed, you can change your shipping address or design options. Please keep in mind that any edit request after approval of the order will no longer be allowed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, Chali shop will send you an order confirmation email and tracking number.

Where is my order confirmation email?
