Products are eligible for return only if they remain in their original condition, including the original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return, please email support@chali.shop with a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, along with photos or a video of the product in its current condition. Once approved, you will receive a return address.
Upon receiving your returned package, we will thoroughly inspect the product, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
We strive to process refunds promptly upon approval of your request, meaning the funds will be transferred from our account immediately. If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Then, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before the transaction is finalized. In some cases, credit card companies may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund in your account. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
